Noise In suspecsion & steering

I bought a vehicle ZEN ESTILO from M/S VIPUL MOTORS FARIDABAD on 23.09.2008 .From the very first day there is a noise in suspension on a bumpy roads/bumper. Initally I recived number of calls from MSL/VIPUL MOTORS.Then one day their engineer arrived in my house & my husband shows the vehicle during test drives the feloow of VIPUL MOTORS asked if one person sits in front seat then this noise goes off. I asked him how it is possible for us to drive the vehicle with some one we can't drive the vehicle alone.

I personally envisaged the problem the front suspension/struts are very hard so the same can't absorb the shock

Noise in steering which comes oftenly on rough road

I have registerd the complaint with Maruti as well as Vipul motors except arguing nothing has been done so far.

I request you to insist them for the replacement of parts
