I have purchased Zen Estilo VXI BS III from your above dealer (code B-501) vide Invoice No.13541 dtd.17.09.09, but regret to inform you that the after sales service is one of the worst I have faced in my life.

I have made the complete payment within a week time including finance part, but the response of their employee after that for any document was very casual & ignorable.

They are a habbit of giving wrong information all the time over tel. & don’t want to give the correct picture with reason of delayed paper delivery.

Its almost a month from the date of purchase & till date I have not received the Registration No., even a proper response is missing with valid reason.

I have been fined by the Traffic Control Sergent for Rs.4500.00, because of this reason as this is more than 15 days of purchase. The same thing was conveyed to your dealer, but it seems that they are least bothered for the customer service.

They know only selling of product & if this is the case I assure you that I will not recommend your brand to any of my close associate.

Even there employees named Mr. Rajkumar / Mr. Deepak started avoiding picking my phone for the last 2 days.

Pl. reply to my mail immediately, otherwise I will writing this mail to the M.D of this Company. This is a matter of great concern of the company of your repute.

Also the Customer Complain is appearing in your area of Enquiry.
