Maruti / Zen Estilo VXI
Owner book not received

Dear Sir,

I purchased a Zen Estilo Vxi by Karlo Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., Patna an authorised maruti dealer on 06.04.2007. I paid the Road tax and registeration fee to them along with car payment on 06.04.07. But unfortunately I haven't recieved the Owner Book till date. I made more than 100 phone calls to the manager of showroom Mr. Gupta and sent my representative 10 times for Owner book. All the time I got assurance that I will get duplicate owner book in a week or two as original Owner book has been misplaced by the dealer himself. I agreed to take duplicate owner book too. but more than 16 months has passed and I haven't received the owner book. As result I can't use my car boldly as driving without owner book is risky. please find details of bill and payment below
