Irresponsible employees in Body Shop

I had made a claim for my front windshield.

No call received for the car delivery, even i had gone there after making a call for the status of the car delivery and was told that i could come and receive the same.

When i reached the Body Shop ROHAN MOTORS GR. NOIDA, the car was not at all ready, even the shard of glass were spreaded inside the car, moreover the wiper was not changed, which i told tehm to do so.

That is not enough, the tweeters and the stereo mouth-frame were, and even one of the tweeters broken while whashing, but no one was able to take the responsibility.

I had to get back my car even with the broken tweeter and the displaced stereo mouth-frame and tweeters.
