Even after service car not working and non availlibity of parts

Due to battery probem and routine servicing, i took my car to sai service, lower parel, mumbai on 12.12. i hired battery from one of my friend just enable me to drop my car to the service station. i have taken extened warranrt by paying extra charges which is valid till feb. on the next day i was asked to pay rs.8000/- (rs.4332/- for labour charges and Rs.3099/- for material.) it shocked me when i came to know that my original faulty battery is lying without attending/ repair/ replacemnet which was i actual problem.as i had to leave for delhi on the same day and getting late, i just paid and came back to my place. my friend took back his battery back and my car was dead as it is before taking to service station. they unnecessary forced and convinced for extra work which is at all not required. i paid rs.8000/- for what, when my car is stil not in operation. they did not bother for actual problem and forced for the work in which company gains profit.i really felt cheated. they really bother for tea and news papers lying in waiting hall. it is kindly requested my at least my battery may please be replaced immediately as car is lyinh ideal still in mumbai and my wife is unable to run it. regarding no avalablity of part- one nob of inside car light was broken suring servicing as told but was not repaired stating that nob is not available.
