Maruty Car -Alto Lxi
Need suggestion

Dear sir,

I am using Maruty Alto Lxi since last 3 years and I am quite satisfied with its performance and the services being provided by our local authorized dealer/service station i.e Raviratna Motors, Bharuch

I recently faced one problem when I was driving car in city. Immediately on starting car from my home, I noticed that I could not lift the car more then 40 km/hr speed. I drew the car to service station and they found the wiring near engine area was badly cut by Rat or squirrel. The Work shop in-charge was surprised how I drew the car which is having CNG up to the station since there was lot many chances of fire if gas /petrol leakage would be there in the car.

Now I need some technical advice how to get read of getting rat, squirrel etc. out from the engine area which is open from the bottom.

The place where I leave, there are many such small animals and insect which can cause such damage any time We have to keep the car in the common parking with open boundaries.

Your valuable suggestion will definitely help me to avoid such damage and also risk. Can I apply any Hit spry or other chemical in that area or put some substances which are used in killing rats?
