I would like to do complain regarding your postpaid procedure. Kindly not that your department a agency name Mas Callnet India PVT.Ltdhad B-24 First floor, Okhala Phase-II New Delhi 110020 given me several calls for converting my no. in postpaid to prepaid. I have given them 250 rupees for that on dated 11/10 and they intimate me that your connection will be start within 72 hours. I had a lot of conversation with your staff member Ms. Alka, Mr. Yesh, MR. REHAN. and they assured me that they will confirm and will give me a call but to day is 16/10 more that 72 hours and i didn't get any call . to day on 18/10 i person lay went to Mas call net and they did not allow to me enter after my request on persone came out side and told me that he is only the responsible person and he behave with me like a peon when i told him that return my money he replied i will not. Even he did not gave me any senior No. and email so that i can talk to them

Hence I am forced to write to you shall i understand that my rupees and my time has been west due to your irresponsible staff.

your prompt action regarding this would be appreciable.
