The cundector is drunked

i m belong from meerut and i m working in a publishing company as a area marketing manager, today 30-10-09 i was going meerut to muzafarnagarin bus no UP 15-Z 9806 which is meerut depot, s, i saw the cundector was FULLY DRUNKED MEANS FULL TALLI and his attitude was very pathetic for the travellor, and he was very badly looking the female passenger like GHOOR RAHA THA and he was pass the bad comments, when i ask him why u drunk and why u get the bad attitude then he say to me, MERI BUS KA NUMER NOT KAR LE AUR JA KARLE JO KARNA HAI . NOW WHAT IM DOING IN THIS POSITION and after that the three bus checker in coming in our bus, so i tell him about this thing then the cunducter abuse me then i ask the bus checker what is this why dont u take action for this then he says u can aomplain in the written to the reginol manager, so i m requested to u please take action this type people please the ticket no is ooo36422 . please reply me
