Epeated delay in supply

Sir,

my consumer number is MF-8025, (kindly hide my personal details). I booked gas during end of January and they did not reveal waiting list number and narrated that it will be delivered in a week. after that when i contacted they said, one more week. Like this, till to day (18.2.2008) they did not deliver gas cylinder. this is not my first experience with this M/s. Mass fuels, every time when ever i book this is the same story. kindly look in to the matter and help consumer to get better service.
