Ing your kind information i am airtel retailer in kunjathur kasaragod district.i was dated on 17th november wrong recharge to 9895169695, 100 rupees tx id-402703752 same day i was complaint to AIRTEL customer care one representitive told with me your complaint accepted you contact with your distributer.
dated on 8TH JANUARY i was recived only 57 rupees the distrubuter told with me when u make wrong recharge 100 rs we will return only 57 rupees. i was surprisied (AIRTEL KASARAGOD DISTRICT KERALA STATE DISTRIBUTER)
