COMPLETE ACCESSORIES NOT YET DELIVERED WITH NEW CONNECTION

I applied for new connection in the month of April'09 and connection received in last week of Aug.09, after many calls. They have charged some accessories amount, in which some i don't required. but they forced to take all accessorier, i agreed and paid full amount, whatever they demand. I am in private job and its not possible to visit there and ask for accessorier, mostly their phone busy and sometime they don't pick phone and mobile for reply. Luckly, today, they picked my phone today, 07-10-09, I asked for reason, why they don't pick phone. They don't have any answer, then I asked them for my pending accessories, which pending with them, they asked me to call on 11-10-09. I am really very fed up their services. Is there anybody can solve my problem or provide their proper contact number and avail my pending accessories or refund my money against pending accessories.
