Missing items from parcel

On the 27th of oct, my wife and i sent a parcel (consignment no-D01904830) containing different kind of materials for garment, other personal items, etc (all together 28 kgs) from Delhi DTDC.All the items were counted.weighed and put in an orange bag, and in front of the people of DTDC Delhi, we also put a lock on the bag.when we recieved the parcel, there was no lock on the bag.later when we weighed the bag there was more than 4kgs missing from the bag. We started counting the items one buy one (since we do have the list of the things we sent), we found that quite a few of the things were missing. They are-

1.Ribbing-- grey (use it on borders of jackets and pants)-2.500mtrs

2.ribbing-white 2.5mtrs

3.glue gun

4lenin dress material-10mtre (army green)

5.lenin dress material-10mtrs (orange saffron)

6.1pair of jeans

7.1pair of shirt.

8.washed out fabric-15mtrs.

We would be grateful if u could kindly do something about the missing things. We have left the bag with the rest of the things with the DTDC office Panjim.we have lost a lot of time and money on this.because of the missing items we cannot continue with our work as we dont have the right combination of colours and materials to finish our work. Please do the needful.
