Abuse, misconduct & Irresponsible behavior of SBI, Ganj Area Branch, Chhindwara (M.P.)

Respected Madam/Sir,

Namaskar!

I am Dr. K.S.Chaudhary, Secretary of Matra Seva Sangh, Near Chhota Talab, Kundipura, Distt. – Chhindwara – 480001. Our Society is having a SB A/c No. – 30100771953, SBI, Ganj Area Branch, Chhindwara (M.P.). I and Treasure of the society went to Branch Manager to get signed Electronic Transfer Authorisation Letter from Branch Manger as per the Guidelines of Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of India, New Delhi -01. But Branch Manager Mr. V .Ravindaran of Ganj Area, Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh started asking about Govt. Notification and refused do that. When we ask for Complaint Register he refused to give that and he through our documents and started abusing and said to get out from office and do what ever you want do. He is not customer friendly manager. His behavior is very rude with every one.

Pl kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action against him.
