CHARGES WRONGLY APPLIED

This is to bring to your kind notice that last month I went to Switzerland, and MATRIX company representative Mr. Vikas contacted me in Amritsar, he came to my place and explained a plan to me where in I needed to pay 5GBP against which he offered usage of 10GBP. During the course of discussion he further told me that per miunte outgoing call to India will cost me 0.65GBP. I took that plan and now I have received a bill wherein the following discrepancies exist:-

(a) No usage discount of 10GBP have been given.

(b) The call rate charged for an outgoing call is also on higher side, infact for a one minute call I have been charged @1.40 GBP as against 0.65GBP (as explained to me.)

And now when contacted with the company they have expressed their inability to waive / reduce the charges, and have told that as the calls were made in international roaming so no usage discount is applicable, and that the call rate under international roaming is @1.40GBP and not 0.65GBP, this fact was never told to me by their executive
