Excess billing. Unfair practice

On my visit to USA I had taken a Sim card from Matrix cellular. Which promises to be much cheaper then any other connections. However while I returned I was astonished to see excessive amount of bill they sent. They even charged for calls which I couldn't get through. Moreover when I needed a help of theirs to resolve this matter Matrix's representative refused to answer my e-mails & my phone calls too. I hereby request a BIG NO NO for Matrix services. You will have to deal with extremely poor service, No response from company executives including managers, Excessive billing, unfair charges levied. In all company is totally a cheat.
