We had taken Matrix Cellular's mobile service for our trip to US in May-June, 08. On arrival back to India I got a bill of approximately Rs.38000 towards the usage in one month. In fact the mobile was not working for the first one week, & than also the service was very poor still I got so heavy bill. At the time of taking the service my credit card was blocked for Rs.10000 towards the usage & was supposed to be informed if my usage goes above that but I was not informed & my credit card was debitted with Rs.38000 without my knowledge. I am after them since last four months and also fighting with HDFC Bank but without any results. Pl. help
