Wrongly charged US bill

I went to the US and had taken a matrix card for my trip for a period of 25th August to 7th September. Mr. Gaurav Datta had given me the phone. I eceived the matrix bill on 16th September for the amount of Rs.9079.80.I immediately called the representative and pointed out the discrepancies and calls not made by me. He put me on the Shibumi Chopra (head of dept) saying that she will look into the matter and credit the amount of the wrongly charged bill. On 14th October my Credit card was charged RS.2638.86.I called both Gaurav Datta and Shibumi Chopra who said that they will look into the matter and credit me the amount. Now almost 2 months have passed when I call the head of dept or send reminders of my credit she does not answer or reply. My credit card is being misused and I have been harassed by this company and their employees. I would appreciate if you could look into the matter.
