Non receipt of bill

Mobile no assigned tome on 27th june 09 was 07924003761 for tour to africa. Representative vipul assured me that it will operate in all the 5 contries that i am visiting but it was operational in only 3 countries & the service was very poor. only after i contacted my daughter in india thru my international roaming air tel 09810149599 that the service was effected. A very bad show by vipul.

To my ashtonishment, although matrix was very prompt in collecting the sim on my return on 9th july, i was astonished to see a debit of rs 7415.14 in icici bank on 30th july 09 as informed to me thru mob sms. I contacted vipul on his mob no 09953556968 who confirmed bill will be sent right away. Since not recd i contacted him again this mon & he felt apologitic as he was out of town for 10 days & confirmed again that he will send the bill by email on tue. not recd till date.

My query... how u can on line dr thru icici. bill if not paid can be resoted to thru icici. futher unless i validate the bill, how u can recover.

further action by vipul is totally prepostrous.withot going into meticulous details, i can only say that people like vipul only bring disgrace to organistion like matrix.

I am proceeding ahead in stopping the payment to icici of this amont unless the bill is recd & validated by me, i hold matrix responsible for this grave error. I am a customer of airtel since inception & never an occassion of complaint. i am a very senior finance profeessional & hv viewed this act of gross misconduct by matrix very seriosly... mmm
