Against society committee work system

Hello sir

i am living in co operative housing society.our society committee took all decision in minut books with any owner family member signature instead of main owner signature so that decision legally valid in laws? and the other question is about main door facility.before 6 month we had only 1 main gate in society but right now committee put 2nd main gate in society and they took decision to operate both gate altonate but i am not satisfied in that decision coz i used to old gate and that is good for me.i complained about that but society ignore it and close that original gate so on which law i can fight for that decision?
