Delayed Delivery

We have booked a consignment from Hooghly (West Bengal) on Aug 11th, & got an assurance of delivery on 14th at Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh), we have checked the on line status & confirmed from local office, that they will deliver the material on 15th, they assured us in spite of Holiday, they will deliver the material on 15th, now from last 2 days after subsequent follow-up for at least 10 times to your DTDC office & at 9424685808, we have not yet received the consignment & they are giving all rubbish excuses, every time a new one. The local office has confirmed the address for 5 times at least.
