Fraud of Rs.2500

On the 13th of May we had some sales people at our door in Khira Nagar who came up with some exiting offers of buying some 20 packs of tea from them where we would be offered an assured gift where a card was shown which had various gifts like cars, scooty, LCD's, AC's etc they had various schemes starting from Rs.600 to 1500/-. the 600 scheme contained gifts like mixers and small electric gadgets. The people who had come all over were a bunch of young colleges students. They even gave a receipt of the money payed to them and gave some telephone numbers where we could communicate of the same.the people had even given an option that if one does want to cancell the same they could do so before the 25th of may as the assured gift would be got only end of the month. I have tried calling the customer support numbers and there is no answer and the cell number when the phone talks rudely not identifying the same. Can some action be taken for the same as they have not only fraud us but a lot of people in the colony and have fleed with a handfull of cash of Rs.1000000/- .If there are any more people of the same problem kindly let me know.
