i have my above cel no, which was in the name of my colleague Mr Jayesh Doshi -

before around 2 years i paid necessary fees at Lower Parel and applied for Name Change and paid necessary fees at Lower Parel.

Still the name and D O B is not correctly show on your records and i am facing rpblems every time, you are kindly requested to refund my money.
