Fake Policy with Fake details

I recieved a policy no. 726329006 in my name. I have never applied for such policy. I recieved this policy on 13/06/09. In April I got a call from Randhir (A70212) regarding a child plan. I asked him to send me the policy details on email. He collected some details from me on phone. He send the policy on email then he called me regarding the policy. I refused to take the policy. He cut the phone.

On 30th may I have got an message on my mobile for paying 5000 rs against max newyork life from my HDFC bank credit card. I called HDFC bank customer care and filed a dispute case and get my card blocked. on 13th of june I got a policy frin MNYL. I checked that policy in very begining there was mentioned RANDHIR-A70212. I remember the name. I checked signature, mobile number my office addres and my wifes signature and witness all are fake.

This policy was issued by INDIA INFOLINE broker code is (JN007/261441) sales manager Pooja in favour of me.

I would like to request you to take appropriate action against him.
