Max New York Life
I am not satisfied with the product

I have purchased the policy from max new york life insurance co, but at the time of purchasing the policy it has not been told to me regarding the charges but when i have received the policy document it was written on that the first year charges is 100 %. the i have gone to branch office and given written complaints of the same but when i do call on customercare and ask about the status of my policy they say me that they havent received any application regarding the same.also i have gone through the site of max but their is no space for compalints.
