Overcharging

I would like to bring to the notice of concerned authorities that the aarey milk booth located at Veera Desai Road (selling products other than milk such as vada pav, chips etc) has been overcharging customers for milk packets. This additinal charge of either 50p or re.1/- is justified as refridgeration charges. About a month or two back when I wanted to purchase a packet of milk I was asked to pay rs.10.50 instead of rs.10.00 as printed on the packet. When I questioned the vendor he snatched the packet from my hand and said that if I wanted to buy it then I should pay the extra charge. Paying that 50 paise wasnt a big amount for me but this is a subsidized government scheme availed by the common man. Why should one then pay more for it?
