PF Recovery

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was an employee with Max newyork life insurance co. ltd. as a sales manager, I have resigned from my services by company procedures in October'08. Now, my previous employers are not releasing my PF dues and demanding for a recovery of 28K. I totally feel cheated as my entire PF amount is still lying with them and on top of that they are asking me to pay them 28k of recovery for non-serving of notice, which has already waived by my immediate senoir at time of resignation with assurance of full & final settlement and now they are totally refusing.

My PF is my hard earned money which no one can stop as a law of land, then how come they can do it. Despite of lots of reminders, still they are not releasing my PF fund. I need help on the same.
