I am a customer of ICICI bank. i have personal loan from the bank & i have alwasy given every monthly installment for the above. recently i had applied for car loan & according to the bank officials the installments of the personal loan for the months of january, april & october were bounced because of which my car loan could not be clear. but i hav statemnts to prove that the installments for the above months cannot bounce as i had money in my bank.

i have been trying to contact the bank's official but no step has been taken yet.

kindly rectify the mentioned problem..
