PAYMENT

We are dealing in Electrical Goods Supplies. The company Humsay I Global Services Limited at Gurgaon had hired Eight Pedestal fans from us (Aarkay Super Electricals) which is lying in the premises of the company since July. The rental payment of approx INR 17, 000.00 is due from the company which has not been paid to us till date. We have followed up for the payment many times and each time we have been promised that amount will be paid to us soon. We have been visiting the office in Gurgaon and meeting the concerned officers and making telephonic calls but there is no result. To name a few officials, I had contacted Ms Anuradha, Mr Veer Dhar (Manager Admin), Mr Kapil Sharma (Manager Finance). Being an esteemed organisation, we were unaware that such company could be counted in our defaulters list.

As we have to lend these fans to the other client, we have even approached the concerned officials in the company to allow us to pick up the fans from the premises but we are not allowed to do so.
