Too Delay from Service Centre

Dear Sir

This is to subject below model number under service warrnty for one year, I have purchased a new maxx mobile from a retail shop kalyan (East-Lograme, Thane Dist, i could not run the mobile even three days and it automaticaly dead without any proper reason.

I have approached your service centre in Kalyan West (Skylark Associates-Contact no. 9322722742), they were not giving a proper repond regarding replacement or repairing of this new instrument since its lying there from 15th April.
