Non payment of Salary and compensation

Sir,

I was terminated from Maytas Infra Ltd. due to January disorder in Group companies. All were ordered to resign from the job but i did not agree. Many of my associates resigned and I asked for Termination letter along with confirmation of payment of salary, compensation pay and all due funds.

Along with termination letter from Maytas i received confirmation of payment in last week of April, but till date no one has reverted back. Nobody answers my phone call and i am out of funds now.

Please help.
