Price charges greater than M.R.P

I purchased 2 Amul Cool coffee from aarvees food court at Adhkuwari, vaishno Devi. The M.R.P for the same is Rs. 15 but they charged Rs. 20 per bottle. I complained to them but they say its the transportation cost. How can a restraunt charge transportation cost @ 25%???
Moreover they also refused to refund my money
