Not Stopping bus at bus stop and driver talking rudely

Dear Sir,

This is a compliaint for the Bus route No 382 and the Bus no MH 01 6514, Driver Batch no 17432 timing for the bus is 7.15 from anushakti ngr reaches chembur naka at 7.30 (from where i climb) which goes from IIT Powai. I am a regular commuter for this bus from last 7 yrs but recently the bus driver doesnot stop the bus at Ramashram stop (Nr powai Police stn) when asked they reply that there is no stop. This bus goes above the fly over which is not permitted for the bus, where as the bus stop is under the flyover.

Sir, when the work of the road was going on we commuters understand the problem but when the roads are ok they should stop the bus at the bus stop. Today dated 18th sept 09 this bus driver batch no 17432 spoke very rudely to me and started arguing that there is no bus stop when the other passenger also supported me but without listen to anyone he stopped the bus at L&T stop where we have to walk back two bus stops. This is regularly happening off and on specially when there is new driver driving. There are few driver who are really help ful at this moment where they fill sorry. But this driver when told we will complain he back answered saying do what you wanted to do.

My request is Please see that you take an action against this driver and give them the proper training. We know without BEST there is no life for we middle class commuter. We also wish Best wishes for BEST.
