Defective tablets MITOVIT

I have been consuming MITOVIT regularly for last more than a year.

till date I had received defective tablets few times. twice tablets were blackened, twice tablets were swollen, two - three times tablets were received in broken form. I have preserved the defective tablets which I have received in broken form.

company does not display telephone, email on packing.

Should I take up matter with company or with FDA.
