This is to bring to your kind notice that an illegal & unauthorized construction is taking place in the property no. 4456/1 (part) II floor Gali Ch. Nihal Singh Pahari Dhiraj Sadar Bazar Delhi-6 further to note that the building is in dangerous condition and any new construction in this building will damage this building and the surrounding buildings as well. Keeping that in view I filed a case in the Court of the Addl. Senior Civil Judge Sh. Sidharth Sharma Tis Hazari Courts (Suit No.488/09 Dtd. 08/05/09) in which The Honorable Judge has directed MCD and the Concerned SHO (P.S. BARA HINDU RAO) to ensure that no illegal construction without the approval of MCD sanctioned plan take on the disputed site. The copy of this order was submitted to MCD SP ZONE (Building Deptt.)on the same day. Despite the order of the Honorable Court the construction is still in progress and when I called the MCD control room today (10/05/090) at 9:48 A.M. the no.2259 was given to me against my complaint and told me that they are unable to take any action because of Sunday and any action will be taken on Monday. I also called the Police Control Room at 10:53 A.M. and nobody turned up in response. These cold responses from these two authorities has forced me to bring this matter to your honor to get the justice and honor the Honorable Court`s direction to safeguard the lives of the neighbors of the disputed site. All the relevant documents, photographs and videography of the disputed site are enclosed with this mail for your kind consideration.
