A broken house which is carrying garbage and helping mosquitos to grow

Dear Sir,

There is one house in Mem Gali, Chotta Bazar Shahdara... which has been broken and the boundary has been covered from all around. This house has been a source of garbage for the last 20 years and there are many mosquitoes and reptiles which are growing this house and nobody is even care of. Now a days, stray dogs have made this their homes and whenever anyone tries to pass this house, they try to bite that person. Also there are lot of tall trees which have grown in this house, making the land nearby unsafe to live and suspected during the earthquakes. Kindly look into the matter and help to sort the case out and make this land a plain so that the place can look beautiful and free from any reptiles etc.
