Sir my name is s kumar, im living in pandav nagar (eastDELhi) near radha krishna mandir delhi -92 .hear is a street dog which name is julie.
it bit more than 10peopel in this localety. there is no owner of this dog. the dog is woundering nera house on c-140, and c-139. nera a cyber caffe. i request u kindly to look the matter as soon as possible.
