E: Blockage of sewe

Dear Sir,

I am a resident of JG-II, Vikaspuri and am facing a lot of problem due to the blockage of drainage system (main line). After a repeated number of complaints, the matter has not yet been solved. whenever i go to ask about the matter, the persons on duty give me baseless excuses that they have tried to clear the blockage but in vain, we have to bring some machine to clear up the same. When i asked them to give me the phone number of their Sr. Official, they said that they can't give me the number no do they have official number. Just can't understand the way of working.
