Water Draining system blocked for last 3 days

There is a blocakge in draining system in the begning of the street no. 25 (Tughlakabad extension, New Delhi-110019), Canals (Naalas) are not covered in the street and all dirty water has deplyed all around the Main Road (Jagdamba Road) making life hell of local peopel. It's already been 3 days but nobody from MCD came to take any action against this which is too frustrating for local residents. Please take immediate action
