Repeat Calling & use of Abusive Language

I want to complain about the tradeindia employee, who contacted me for registering my company on their site. :

Firstly i said him to tell there schemes, but afterward i did not like the schemes and i said him that i am not interested right now, so call me January, He then again call me and tried to justify his schemes, i clearly said him NO.

I dont know what was the state of mind of this salesperson, he then again contacted me, but i didn't receive his call. He then tried to contact me again from another number, again i said him NO, and asked him not to call again.

Then again he contacted me on 05/12 from another number, i again said NO, this time he talked me abusively, and said why i am waisting his time, i didn't wanted to open the account. he called around five times, and used harsh words, and when i said that i will complain, about his act, he said "Do what ever you want".

The Name of the sales person is: Gaurav and the no. he last contacted me is 9716160141

Comany from which he called is TradeIndia.com.

I kindly request you to take strict action regarding this salesperson and the company, for such act.
