Sewer line blocked

Sir/Madam

The sewer line in front of my house J 10/27 Rajouri garden is blocked. and water is overflowing out of it. we are always calling a plumber (paying him) to get it cleared, but of no use. within 3-4 days it again keeps flowing. Now coz of this, the sewers inside my premises has statred overflowing. I am complainig from the last 3 to 4 months. There is no response from the MCD yet. where to go and whom to complain now for this dirty water and foul smell that we have to deal on daily basis. This can lead to certain diseases as well..pls do something on urgent basis.
