Illegal construction/encroachment

Mr. Sharma, resident of F- 462 Sarita Vihar, South Delhi, 110076 (ground floor) has illegaly encroached upon the space behind his flat. Citing the reason of getting everything clean, he moved the water tanks and motors to a differnt position (almost near a choked drain) and has blocked the entire space between his house's back wall and the tanks by iron fence. This is causing too much inconvinience to all other residents and is an open violation of laws. The work of shifting the motors and the tanks has not been done as promised before. Therefore we want that the encroachment should be removed immediately.
