Street hawkers occupyin the road

I m a resident of sec-14 rohini, there has been unauthorized occupancy of 10-15 street hawkers on the road beteen Ambika and Maheshwari apartments, because of which the road gets blocked due to space oocupied by the hawkers and people parking their cars in front of them for buying fruits and vegtable from these hawkers..

to add to that these people get to know in advance when would the MCD people come for the inspection, so they dont come that day, they have made permanent stalls using stones and tents. it has made using this road very unsafe and hard to use.
