Pile of garbage in a plot

i am amit kapur resident of wz 611-a sri nagar colony gali no 2, near rani bagh.

there was a unoccupied plot in our lane, which is now full of garbage upto 6 feet.

it is unhygenic for us and the animals keep peeping into the garbage.

please look into the matter, and take some action to clean it up.
