Noise pollution by a factory

Dear sir/madam

i am the residental of h .no.865/6, firni road, near water buster pump, ranholla chowk, my complaint is against factory which is attached to my home and causing noise pollution even in the night, their cutting machine is in my wall and causing a danger on my home. Due to the loud noise and vibration of cutter, life of our family members have become an hell as they are serving health problem and also i want to inform you that the factory is illegal and lots of prolem to other neighbourhood, . you are kindely requested to look on to the matter and help us
