Sir,

I would like to register the complaint with you regarding premises no 4777 Dr. Mitra Gali Roshanara road Delhi -7 . Here there is no approval from MCD and moreover basement has been constructed which is against the by laws. It seems no map approval has been taken from MCD zonal office. As the nearby residential structure are week, basement is a threat to the adjoining buildings. As a concerned citizen I would like to bring it to your notice for the appropriate action.

It is also misused for the books godown as not permitted by the MCD and is a constant threat to the people as the adjoining structure are week.
