Gali road - Bad condition

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am senior citizen of resident of house no 2702, IInd floor, gali no 13 of ranjeet nagar which is opposite of west patel main red light, this is my second reminder to you for the above subject till now there is no action taken place from the last more than one month the condition of gali road is very much in bad condition, no parking, can't even walk on the road, as pass the gali road its very unsafe, How much time it will take to start the work so that feel comfortable. Its becoming day by day dirty.

For what reason its not started till now. Kindly instruct the concern department to start at the earliest.
