I am the owner of 1st floor at D-11 Anand Niketan. Mrs. Suneeta Gupta, who resides on the ground floor is making an illegal structure at the back side terrace of 2nd floor. Since the building already has a basement, no construction can be carried out beyond 2nd floor.
Mrs. Suneeta Gupta has also built-up a temporary sheet cover at the backyard using iron channels. This construction is a fire safety hazard and also illegal.
I HAVE ALREADY LODGED A COMPLAINT WITH MCD ON THEIR CONTROL NO. 1266. MY COMPLAINT NO. IS 6493 HAVE ALSO GIVEN A WRITTEN COMPLAINT AT THEIR GREEN PARK OFFICE.
ANOTHER COMPLAINT AT CHIEF MINISTER'S WEBSITE WAS LODGED. THE NO. IS CMO/PGC/525023
