Aavin milk sold more than the MRP

I was shocked to notice the entire city Coimbatore is selling aavin milk in retail outlets for more than the Maximum Retail Price. (MRP). I went to purchase 1/2 a litre of Aavin milk which was marked MRP Rs.10.25 and the shop keeper sold the same for Rs.11.00, and I questioned him for the same and he replied saying " Go buy milk from Pachaapaalayam". I told him that it is a crime to sell more than the Maximum retail price, he just snatched the milk packet and returned the money. I went to another retailer and he charged me 10.75, and another 10.50. I just cant understand how these vendors have taken this price fixing in their hands and what has Aavin and the concerned officials got to say about this RIDICULOUS SALE exceeding the MRP.
