Delivery and Payment Issues

I some how choose World Packing & Shipping Co. from Sulekha.com for shipping my Car from hyderabad to delhi and house goods from hyderbad to khurja (place about 90 km from delhi). These guys took almost all the payment except 5000 which was supposed to deliver at the time of car delivery. They assured me that you can get you car from delhi and we will deliver your housing goods at home with in 7 Days. When we did not get any information after 10 Days we called them and we got the answer that it will be delivered with in a day. They always have the answer like lorry has break down, due to rain it got delayed. Fortunately I got my car with in 2 weeks but there is no information for my house goods. Always these people said it will be delivered with in 1-2 days. Almost more than 3 weeks had past and we were not aware that where is our housing goods. When my family members tried to contact at delhi office these guys did not talk well. Some times they said your goods is here you can pick up and some times said your goods is still on the way. Me and my family members got bothered and the extereme case happened when these guys start demading more money though the bilty was fully paid. I tried contacing many times to them they assured me but when my family members called them they said they need extra money. Our goods was with them so to avoid any problem one of my family member made the payment and then only they delivered the goods. I would suggest never go with such guys and think many times before you choose. These guys are totally unprofessional and rude. Don't confuse with their sites and names they have different name in sites and different name at office and on the documents contacts are same.
