Illegal construction

This is in reference to the illegal construction going in my neighbourhood. i have complaint alot against it in mcd. bt no issues have been cleared. they are carrying their work without any trouble. they are exceeding their carpet area against the norms. they are spreading dust all around. please take the immediate action against the owner mr. chhonkar, 96 B mayur vihar pocket 1 phase 1 delhi 91.

wat should i do. please i want you to listen.

i m tired of complaining. he is really crossing his limits.
